Healing
Never exhaust yourself and learn to manage your energies in such a way that enough remains for yourself. A complete exhaustion of your energies does not help them faster or better. For when your strength begins to suffer, you too are hindered and cannot continue to help.
Just as you cannot and should not help every soul, as not everyone wants or is meant to be helped. That you are so selfless in some situations is very beautiful, but if you begin to suffer because of it, no one is helped. Try to find the middle ground.
