Try to detach yourself from the illusion—it is only a deception—of your way of thinking caused by the limitations of the body. Understand this through an example: Everyone living there in your world, whether human or animal—all your souls know each other.
Within your bodies, it is not possible for you to freely comprehend that you all know each other and that you encounter each other repeatedly. You are all one, and yet each is a separate being. You know each other from then, from now, and from later. Sometimes you have been one, sometimes separate, and yet still together.
If you were to realize that no one is a stranger to you, that everyone is a part of you, then you would all embrace one another, and your hearts would shine with joy that you have each other. But as it is, you are bound to limitation and, for the sake of simplicity, distinguish that everything has its boundaries. Strangeness is only a deception.
